Expression of interest (EOI) for members of the Family Advisory Committee (FAC)

The Champlain Maternal Newborn Regional Program (CMNRP) will be seeking individuals from diverse backgrounds with lived experience in maternal and newborn care in the Ontario East Region (from Pickering to Deep River to Hawkesbury) to become members of the CMNRP Family Advisory Committee (FAC).

The goal of the FAC is to identify opportunities for improving experiences across the perinatal and newborn continuum of care and to enable their implementation.
